The grant supports training cohorts that combine mobile hotspots, refurbished devices, and placement tracking through partnerships with local employers. Implementation focuses on 12-week modules aligned with Ontario curriculum standards and employer-validated assessments. Applicants must submit baseline and post-program employment metrics.
Outcome tracking requires independent verification of job placements within six months and disaggregated data by region and demographics.
