The $10,000 funding limit supports cohort sizes of 15-25 participants and covers instructor fees, participant stipends, and platform access rather than facility leases.

Proposals must include baseline demographic tracking and post-program employment or credential attainment metrics reported at 90 days. Applications without documented ties to Ontario employers or without explicit focus on the listed underrepresented groups fall below review thresholds.
