Grant Alert Newsletter is FREE: The Grant Portal is not the grant funder. The Grant Portal offers multiple subscriptions including a free subscription plan, the Grant Alert Newsletter. This requires no credit card for signup. Alerts are sent multiple times each week and sometimes daily depending on new grants added to site. By signing up for any subscription, you agree to the Terms of Service and Conditions described herein. The Site may amend or modify these Terms of Service and Conditions at any time. Inquiries of a general nature may be made via email to tech@promero.com or through the Contact Us tab on this website. By signing up to The Grant Portal, you are automatically enrolled into the Grant Alert Newsletter. The Grant Alert Newsletter may be directed to spam or junk folders, or may be blocked by your email provider or third-party programs. Grant Alert Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of the email.
Service: The 'Service' is defined as access to the grant information available on www.thegrantportal.com. Service is provided once a subscription is purchased. The subscriber acknowledges, agrees and accepts that the Service is delivered when their account is active and they have access to the grant information. Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees with the billing frequency on a recurring basis unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Access means visibility of the grant information which includes grant provider's name, grant description and the grant provider's website URL. All site visitors can evaluate the grant catalog for free by using website's Search Grant tool to search for available grants prior to purchasing a subscription . The Service is available only to paid subscribers.
The Grant Portal – Cancellation and Refund Policy

By clicking on 'I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions' to The Grant Portal (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “the subscriber”) have entered into a legally binding contract and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and governs all subscription transactions.
1. Subscription Services
The Grant Portal offers digital access to a curated catalog of grant listings and related tools. Your subscription grants immediate access to proprietary digital content, tools, and services upon purchase.
2. Billing and Renewal
All subscriptions are billed automatically on a [weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual] basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout. Charges are processed immediately upon confirmation of subscription.
- You will receive a confirmation email detailing your subscription, billing amount, and renewal date.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date of your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting us at tech@promero.com or using Contact Us link on the website.
- Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the subscription has renewed.
4. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all subscription fees are non-refundable once access is granted, including:
- Full access to grant databases, search tools, or downloadable materials.
- Choosing not to use, failure to use or partial use of the subscription (e.g., one-time logins).
- Unused access or services
- Non-usage of the subscription service does not constitue grounds for disputing a credit card charge
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: If you are billed more than once for the same subscription period.
- Platform error or failure: If access was not provided due to a verified technical issue on our end.
By subscribing, you agree that you understand and accept the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. No refunds are given once a payment or renewal payment has been processed. The Grant Portal does not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason. Payments cannot be refunded, even if you cancel immediately after making payment. The Grant Portal makes no guarantees that the grant seeker will find a grant of a specific need, will be awarded a grant or that the grant provider’s information is accurate at the time the grant is viewed. Details of a grant are provided on the grant provider's website and are subject to change without notice. The Grant Portal offers a subscription service that provides information for grants. You as the Subscriber commit to a Subscription by entering your payment information and confirming payment. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all payments are non-refundable regardless of Subscriber service usage or activity. If the Subscription is canceled, no future Subscription will be charged.
5. Trial Periods and Promotions
The Grant Portal does not offer a trial period.
6. Chargeback Policy
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a credit card dispute after subscribing and gaining access, we will submit the following to the payment processor to refute the claim:
- A copy of this policy and our Terms of Service.
- Timestamped logs of your account login and activity.
- A record of your IP address and agreement to terms at checkout.
- Email confirmation of the subscription and billing terms.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way, any material from this site. Any such activity is deemed unlawful, violates the copyright of The Grant Portal, violates the terms and conditions of the use of the Site, will result is immediate termination of the Subscription and may cause litigation against you.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to errors, omissions or negligence shall The Grant Portal or its directors, officers, or employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, thegrantportal.com service, or any reliance of any content thereupon. The Content is all of the software code used to operate the Site and all material displayed on the Site. A Subscriber is any person or entity who has created an account on the Site. A Subscriber either has a non-paid subscription (Grant Alert Newsletter) or paid subscription. The Content may be only used exclusively by a Subscriber for personal use or the Subscribers organization’s private and non- commercial use. A Subscriber is entitled to view up to a maximum of 75 grant per day. A Subscriber may not share, distribute or authorize the use of the its username or password to any third party. A Subscriber attempting to access more than 75 grants per day is exercising unacceptable use and consequently the subscription is subject to immediate termination.
Acceptable Use of the Site www.thegrantportal.com:
Acceptable use of the Site is meant to be used by and accessed by only actual persons. Further acceptable use means an actual person visiting, logging into the Site or reviewing content. It is not acceptable to use any form of Bot, automated script, software code, algorithm or programmatic device to access, copy, or view the Site and its Content. Any unacceptable use of the Site as determined by the Site’s sole discretion is cause to immediately terminate any subscription.
Termination for Cause: If the Subscriber fails to make payments for a subscription or uses the Site in any unacceptable or unauthorized manner as determined by the Site owner’s sole discretion, this action will result in immediate termination for cause without notice. Furthermore, Termination for Cause means the forfeiture of any and all fees paid for the subscription.
Acceptance: Registered and Subscription Users, by his/her access to and/or use of thegrantportal.com hereby acknowledges his/her acceptance to the above-stated Terms of Service and agrees to be bound hereby.
